The National Skate Patrol Certification Program provides a platform to increase the number of frequent inline skaters by using patrollrs to help allow skaters to coexist with cyclist, runners, walkers and pedestrians on paths and roadways and provide basic on site instruction to beginners to encourage a safe and fun environment.
