Mission Statement

To Promote an Effective Learn to Teach Skating Program through the Inline Certification Program (ICP) as originally developed by the International Inline Skating Association (IISA).

Objectives:

1. To work with and seek recognition and endorsement of international and government sports authorities and organizations to adopt ICP as a standard for inline skate instructors.
2. To promote, represent and administer the program to the international community.
3. To support the recognition and development of ICP instructors through an international instructor locator, website, insurance coverage, exchange programs, information and activities to develop instructor teaching, skating and community relations.
4. To identify and appoint annually National Directors to administer and/or host ICP in their respective countries.
